Hand Trowled Concrete

Typical applications for this product are plant rooms, stairs, shops and corridors.
A hand troweled concrete floor can be laid in smaller areas where it is not possible to gain access adequate access for a power float

Hand Trowled Concrete

The concrete is either mixed on site or premixed by our suppliers.  The mix is placed and ruled off to gain the required level. The surface is allowed to stiffen then a steel trowel passed over the surface to close the matrix.
 

• Minimum depths are 75mm and reinforced with either a steel mesh or fibres.
• Drying times are 1 day per mm as a guide.

The surface is suitable for tiles, raised access floors and wood floors can also be used as a the finished surface. This finish is normally used in foot traffic areas.
